These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at visasolutionplus.com and all services provided by Visa Solution Plus, including but not limited to visa consulting, study abroad guidance, language coaching (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, OET), and immigration advisory services.

2. Services

Visa Solution Plus provides the following services:

• Visa consulting and application assistance (Student, Visitor, Tourist, Work Permit/LMIA)
• Study abroad counselling and university admission processing
• Standardised test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, OET, Cambridge English)
• E-Visa processing services
• MBBS abroad admission assistance
• Document preparation, SOP drafting, and interview coaching

We act as consultants and facilitators. We do not guarantee visa approvals, university admissions, or specific test scores. Final decisions rest with the respective immigration authorities, educational institutions, or testing bodies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Fees and Payments

• Our service fees are communicated at the time of engagement and may vary based on the nature and complexity of services requested.
• Government fees, embassy fees, university application fees, and test registration fees are separate and are the responsibility of the client.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents.
• Respond to queries and requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Attend all scheduled appointments, classes, and coaching sessions.
• Notify us immediately of any changes in personal circumstances or documents.
• Comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visa Solution Plus shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusals, delays in visa processing, or changes in immigration policies.
• University admission rejections or changes in admission criteria.
• Any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from decisions of immigration authorities, embassies, or educational institutions.
• Incorrect information provided by the client that leads to application issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Visa Solution Plus and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy
